We act as the service providers for the Instructors and SKI Schools in providing our Lessons Booking Service.

Our online Website and App allow any individual to book a lesson with SKI School or an Instructor. The information provided on the Website and in the App, either by website visitors or when App users submit the information, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used by SKI School or an Instructor to contact visitors and registered users to make confirmation of their booking.

Information You give Us

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Website or in our App. This includes information you voluntarily provide when you register to use our Website or App, search Website or App for a Ski School or an Instructor, use our Lessons Booking Service when you report a problem with the Website or App or contact us for any other reason. It will also include any further information that you provide in relation to your lesson booking, either to SKI School or to your Instructor (and this may include information about your health).

We will share your information with the SKI Schools and the Instructors to enable them to provide the Lessons effectively and to effectively manage customer relations.

We also provide your information to analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our Website and our App.
We may share your data with our contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf and with other companies in order to work with them, including affiliates of our Company.

We retain the Personal Information that You provide to Us as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as required in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve issues and enforce our agreements). When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process Your Personal Information, We will securely delete the information or isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete Your information from the servers at an earlier date if You so request. For instructors on our online platform

Over and above what we say to Customers and visitors about privacy (as set out above) we will use, process and disclose your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

In respect of any Customer personal data Instructors will:

  • use such personal data only in so far as is necessary for the purpose of carrying out Lessons for Customers and for no other purpose (including, but not limited to, their own marketing purposes);

  • not disclose such personal data unless specifically authorized by us to do so;

  • comply promptly with our instructions in respect of protection of such personal data;

  • not allow such personal data to be transferred out of the European Economic Area;

  • promptly assist us with requests in respect of such personal data;

  • oimmediately forward to us any communications from Customers, regulatory bodies and other third parties concerning such personal data and not respond to or act on such communications without our prior agreement; and

  • on request provide to us such personal data in the format reasonably specified.
